In this time of political uncertainty and social unrest in the United States, many artists have turned their art to political commentary or social reflection. I honor those people with wholehearted sincerity.
For my part, however, I’ve made it my daily mission to find the things in life I’m grateful for. My loving partner, the freedom to create, electricity, plentiful food, and the companionship of my cat.
It is with that gratitude in my heart, that I have been painting silly, happy (hopefully smile inducing) paintings of cats, and I present the first of them here to share with you in the hopes that they will make you smile.
